In May 2015, I was hired to train a group of around 50 sales people under a single day workshop. I still remember one particular moment from that training because a funny answer by one of the participant to question raised by me not only led everyone in the room to laugh aloud in the middle of that serious session but also made me think seriously on the subject.

I had just started my next topic and that was on the confidence and techniques to build it. I began with a question “How do we get confident about anything or where do we find it or get it from” ? one of my participant lowered his head to hide himself behind the person sitting in front row and said “SIR, THEKE MAIN ME MILTA HAI JI” (Sir we get from liquor Shop). That answer generated a wave of loud laugh among all of us present in the room and it continued around for a couple of minutes with a consent on answer from almost everyone.

I finished the training anyway, the day was successful. I was back in my hotel room and was intermittently remembering the naughty answer and was smiling alone. I have a habit of writing or reading something before going asleep. That night I started evaluating my day performance. But don’t know why was I stuck at the sentence “Sir Theke me milta hai (Sir, we get it from liquor shop)” which forced me to think little about it and after 15-20 minutes my head was full with a lot of questions. some of these are:

If the answer was for fun then why everyone (almost) was in consent with the answer?

Why an intoxicated person feels really confident about anything ? Why a drunk man can decide/do what he fails to decide/do otherwise?

Now the alcohol effect was not limited to Confidence, it was now projected over to happiness and joy even.

Why emotional state of happiness is felt and enjoyed deeply by taking alcohol for the period of intoxication? And why emotional state of deep sadness is relieved deeply by taking alcohol for the period of intoxication?

Wow !! what if same state is achieved rather permanently without taking alcohol or any such object at all?

Is there any such science or technique to achieve the state of permanent happiness? Can I learn the way to achieve a state of permanent happiness? If available then where do I find it?

Just think about it for a moment and try to find answers to these questions. I am sure if you are not into the field of psychology or neurology, it may seem little difficult or even impossible to find the answers. I assure you that you need NOT to be anyone of the above but still can tap into the the THE EXTREMELY  WONDERFUL POWERS OF YOUR MIND and STATE OF HAPPINESS.

How come I am so confident to say this? Because All these questions forced me to go on a journey and find the answers to obtain true happiness. SO far it’s nearly 27 months since I started my journey and now am here to share it with you in a similar way I explored it.

Whether are you a Student, a professional, a house wife, a businessperson, a sportsperson, an employee or even an employer or from any walk of life, my this blog will take you on a beautiful journey and will help you to plan, design, create and achieve your dream and the state of true happiness and joy for yourself.

My dear friends, I was a marketeer and sales trainer till then and that was for the first time I started my journey to deep into my Mind. That night I had a sleep for 2 hours only. I thank the Almighty to take me to that training and make me think for the first time about the wonderland of MIND.

I will leave this post here with two interesting facts to ponder: First, The alcohol is also called “SPIRIT” and there is a reason behind it which I will tell you in next post along with the answers to above questions. Second, Your mind always craves for answers, logical or acceptable explanations to the unknown. This hungry state of mind is most receptive state and Just 5% people know it and they don’t let it die and even maintain it throughout of life hence become successful.

Friends, Keep the hunger high and help us to speared this hungry state of mind.
